WOLF CELEBRATES 190TH ANNIVERSARY WITH THE LAUNCH OF “BALLET.”

The year 2024 marks the 190th anniversary of WOLF, a fifth-generation family-run business with 190 years of continuous operation. To celebrate this significant anniversary, WOLF has designed five limited-edition collections inspired by the people who made WOLF what it is today.

Ballet, the musical jewelry box, pays homage to WOLF's original rotating ballerina jewelry box. It features an ornate wood inlay design, silver-effect hardware, and a custom key to keep your treasures safe.

Philipp Wolf III, son of box-making parents, was a true visionary. He designed the original rotating ballerina box, which became one of the most famous jewelry boxes in the world.

The interior of the box is a true work of art: a grand theater interior embroidered with Swan Lake by British designer Fiona Howard surrounds the custom-made scalloped mirror. Beneath the mirror are handcrafted wooden compartments with ultrasuede lining treated with anti-tarnish LusterLoc™ technology. The box contains two interchangeable ballerinas in different skin tones that dance to Tchaikovsky's Swan Lake when the silver "W" key is wound.
