Step by step to Santander installment payments in the online shop
1.) In the checkout: Select Santander installment payment
Simply add the desired item to your shopping cart and select “Santander installment payment” as your payment method.
2.) Financing request
As soon as you proceed to payment, the Santander Consumer Bank online financing process will begin. Please complete the required information there.
3.) Approval
The data will be automatically transferred to our partner, Santander Consumer Bank. If everything is OK, you can complete your financing application.
4.) Simple legitimation
Conveniently via video. The signature is done digitally via mTAN (SMS). Upload the relevant documents (signed financing agreement, valid official photo ID, debit card, proof of income).

The monthly installments will be automatically debited from your account.

In the checkout, simply click on Santander Partial Payment in the payment options and follow the steps indicated.
What documents do I need for financing?
The following documents are absolutely necessary:
• Your debit card
• Valid official photo ID (e.g. passport, driving license or EU identity card)
• Current pay slip
What requirements do I need to meet for financing?
The requirements for financing are:
• Minimum age: 18 years
• Minimum net income: subsistence level net
• Main residence in Austria
• Employment: Austria and surrounding border region
• Employers from Austria
• Valid official photo ID (passport, driving license, (EU) identity card or residence permit)
• Non-EU/EFTA citizens: Valid passport and settlement or residence permit including work permit (for financing over €4,000)
• Direct debit order: Bank details in the SEPA area
• At least 1 month of employment with the same employer
• Current pay slip
How high are the rates?
The installments for each installment depend on the offer calculated specifically for you. This depends, among other things, on the price of the product and the term you choose.
How long is the term?
The term can be between 6 and 60 months. In each case, you determine the exact term.
Is partial payment possible for all products?
Installment payments are available online, just as they are in-store, for items worth €100 or more. This value refers to the value of the purchased product, not the total value of your purchase. Therefore, multiple products with a total value of €100 cannot be financed with installment payments.
When will I receive the ordered goods?
As soon as your documents have been received by our partner, Santander Consumer Bank, have been finally checked and have been assessed as positive, the goods will be sent to you.
