Shipping within 3-5 working days.

All returns must be made within 14 business days of receiving the order. Products must be returned new, unused, and in their original packaging. Items returned in a condition other than new and/or without the original packaging and accessories will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

A return authorization is mandatory for returning WOLF products. Returns without a valid return authorization cannot be accepted. Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by WISA LUX GmbH and WOLF. Please send an email to service@wisa.co.at to obtain a return authorization and further return instructions.

WOLF products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

All WOLF products are handcrafted from high-quality materials. Sustainable materials and recycled products are used wherever possible; each product is simply designed to last a lifetime or longer.

Our commitment to sustainability is paramount. Recycled packaging, solar panels on our offices, and shipping products by sea instead of air whenever possible—the environment is our top priority.
